  • This five day course is facilitated at our facility in Red Deer, Alberta. Classes have a maximum occupancy of 14 participants, offering participants an opportunity to experience "hands-on" training in dealing with difficult dogs, including self defense training. Other crucial issues officers constantly ask us train them in are also available through this course, such as court room etiquette and testimony, threat assessment, and serious attacks or bites investigating, are also offered.   • BITE PREVENTION AND EFFECTIVE SELF DEFENSE

  • (this course is for employees who attend private residence) This course is crucial for any worker who has to venture on to private property in order to complete their daily work duties. Many workers sustain serious injuries from unsupervised dogs that are unaware of the workers' presence and instinctively defend their owners' property. This seminar provides participants the ability to increase awareness in their surroundings, appropriate techniques to use when approached by dogs, as well as effective responses used when threatened by dogs.   • BITE PREVENTION AND ADVANCED SELF DEFENSE

  • This course is specifically focused on training enforcement personnel or public safety personnel who risk safety upon apprehension of people, children, and property where they have potential to encounter dog attacks due to the animal protecting their master. These situations require a greater need for self defense techniques and methods in dealing with encounters with dogs at residences, or in the event of road side arrest situations. This training will assist officers to understand and even predict problematic behavior before it starts, and to have prearranged tactics on what to do and what not to do.
